The hotel was a good base for enjoying a market area, really close to Sun Moon Lake and the night market. the staff was good and the host was friendly. - Magnificent and marvelous location to attractions like Ita Thao Pier, within walking distance from the venue. - Also, spent some time by the lake, which is only 100 feet from the hotel. - the whole experience was great from start to finish, I do recommend staying here.

There was a huge variety of delicious meals. The room was clean and absolutely perfect with good bed. The hotel has particularly good and great location right by night market, eateries and shops, and the Ita Thao Pier. Sun Moon Lake district was worth exploring.

spacious and huge rooms with lovely views of the lake. comfortable beds and climate control, multi-channel tv, and tea/coffee making equipment. very amiable staff throughout our stay.

The staff was responsive to requests. the rooms were brand-new, had a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. the bed was good, and there was free Wi-Fi. the whole experience was really great; would recommend.
